Tiger Automotive
A prime example of Reddee Properties Tenant Improvement service is the renovation of former Saskatoon Rona Home Building Center into Tiger Automotive, Canada’s Largest Retail Automotive Accessory Store. Also included is Grandma Lee’s Restaurant and Exercise Facility.
Choice Nutrition
We were challenged by one of our Tenants to expand their space into the warehouse next door. Our in-house team worked diligently as not to disturb the Tenant during their regular hours and carefully matching the current aesthetic for a flawless transition.
Bowerman Block
This more-than-a-century old building needed not only structural reassurance but a fresh face inside and out. Reddee took this challenge head on and produced a contemporary look to a historical building that is now home to some very modern franchises.
